04. I shall bestow to you the secret to making banana, crunchy peanut butter and honey on toast: drizzle the honey diagonally all over the toast. It's the only way. Also, banana slices of about a 5mm thickness will ensure that your toast has a lovely bite to it that does not take away from the crunchiness of the peanut butter. And yes. The "toasted" element is imperative. Else the banana will weigh the bread down and you will ultimately end up either a) eating off your plate with a fork (or your fingers in those "rare" situations where you can't be bothered to get up and retrieve aforementioned utensil), or b) crying because your banana, crunchy peanut butter and honey bread has more or less been attacked by the floor and then being furious that you have to clean your long-anticipated snack off the evil floor that decided to attack it.
